Interviewer didn't show up to the first interview. Showed up to the next interview but was late. Had to do a small coding test. Was not a good experience. Interviewer didn't seem interested.
The process began with an initial resume screening, followed by a behavioral interview with an HR representative. The conversation focused primarily on my background, cultural fit, and past challenges I faced.

The experience was unfriendly. From what I felt during the interview, the company doesn’t really have a steady way of getting things done. I didn’t really like the team atmosphere, and throughout the 60-minute interview, there was constant pressure.
