Long list of rounds and at the end the reason was that because I don’t have business experience they can’t move forward. So sheer waste of time and makes no sense. They did not even speak about this role scope for future as they are in Pilot mode. Existing team have no visibility for future 2 year strategy so it is purely trial and error. Be ware.

With the fancy position name they are hiring data analyst who can be a dobby for them. So that they can enjoy the rest of the life at the cost of team they are creating in Mumbai. In a fancy way they would say ya we want to do this and that but most of the interviewers have recently switched from other companies and looking to cut down the cost.
