Entretien
First round phone interview with a current analyst. Superday consisted of a 45 minute group project with three other candidates and then four interviews back to back. First three were with one interviewer and the last one was with two. Mostly behavioral questions but a few technicals about the financial markets and database queries.

Question 1
Why do you want to work in the Aladdin group as opposed to elsewhere in the firm?
Took about a month and a half with three rounds of interviews. Plenty of questions in all rounds about you as a person, previous experiences, why you want the job, and why you would be a good fit as well as the usual questions on how you respond in certain situations (failure, conflict in the workplace, etc.). The last round was also asked to create and give a presentation.

Virutal Cover Letter with two questions, only ninety seconds to speak, and two minutes to prep, can have camera on or off, is pretty simple to complete and doesnt take long

Entretien
applied online. Then went through virtual hireview, followed by 1st and final round interviews. Easy Interviews, mostly behavioral. It was the accelerator program which was a class of many students interviewing over a week.
