Interview process was very well organised. The recruiter contacted me (perhaps because my profile was available online for a past role I applied for)
Phone Interview : 1 DSA problem and some basic questions on JAVA, SQL, Linux Commands
2 Virtual Onsite : 1 hour each back-back with hiring manager locally and global manager remotely, another with hiring manager locally and a client locally.
Both rounds were mainly behavioural rounds & asked various scenario based questions.
Offer : Got the offer within 3 weeks
Acceptance : Declined as the role seemed heavy on support whereas I preferred more hands-on
My experience with BlackRock APAC HR was very nice and they took extra effort to keep me as candidate engaged throughout the process.

Super day interview process after a hackerrank test. People came from different cities. more than 2 teams interviewed, their outlook was positive but i guess none of the candidates did really go through.

The process was fairly lengthy and consisted of multiple rounds of interviews. Total of 5 technical rounds were conducted including a hacker rank test round. After the HR round when I indicated that I had an offer on hand, they never got back after collecting all personal documents! Wasted my time and effort for two months on this company. Bad experience!! Think before you apply.
