BlackRock doesn't recruit on my campus, but luckily I knew someone at the firm who got me an initial phone interview. It was a typical phone interview with an HR rep with questions about my interest in investment management, BlackRock and my previous experience. Then there was a super day at the NY office that consisted of six 30 minute interviews, some 2 on 1, some 1 on 1. After the super day, I heard back very quickly the next week.
