Very disappointed with the interview process. I originally applied for the role 10/03, the whole process took 8 weeks. I firstly did a phone screening with an outsourced HR team who I could hardly hear or understand. They took a month to come back to me to say I made it to the next round. I did three rounds of interviews, Each round was two interviews - all together 6 interviews half of which were face to face travelling to BlackRock's office... let's call it at least 10 hours of my time spent in interviews/traveling to interviews. After my final interview I heard nothing for a two weeks only to see that they have reposted the job ad. They don't even have the decency to let me know I didn't succeed, such a waste of my time!
