straightforward online application followed by immediate hirevue that is sent out to all candidates. the hirevue had to be completed in at least 5-7. the hirevue consisted of 3 questions and each question was introduced by a recording of an employee. i applied to 2 divisions and had to do 2 hirevues, but the questions for each were exactly the same.
