J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez BlackRock (Stony Brook, NY) en févr. 2016
Entretien
they give you a link to a third party website which is used to record your online interview (the link is offered through an email after they have reviewed your application). the interview consists of: 2 questions which allow you ~1 min to ponder about a response and i believe 2/3 minutes to reply. It's very quick but it was definitely very uncomfortable to stare at yourself on the screen and answer a question -- i believe it wasn't indicative of my interpersonal skills because I didn't really get to engage with another person. If the interview was in-person, I believe it would have gone much better. I submitted the recorded interview responses 2 days ago and have not heard back yet. They give you sample questions that you can answer to better prepare you for the online interview setting before you actually start your interview. Take advantage of those because the interviewers don't see your sample responses.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
1) Why BlackRock? Why human resources? (yes these two questions were nestled into one whole "question") 2)Talk about a time you were innovative (i've noticed the second question showed up with other position interviews as well, so i suggest you create perfect answer to this question before starting any BlackRock interview).
