It was a very structured process. Had 2 interviews; one of them was over the phone with the recruiter and the other one was in person with one of their HR Managers and an HR Generalist. They even sent me a link to try their boxes during the interview process.

Similar experience to other people below - went though multiple rounds of interviews (initial phone call + 4 zoom meetings) only to be ghosted. Also followed up with the recruiter, still no response. Very unprofessional.

Entretien
I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then went in person to meet with the hiring manager a few days later. About a week later I went back to meet with the department head. It was a casual environment.
