Entretien
First step is a phone prescreening, then 2 rounds of interview - 1st one is with HR, the 2nd one with potential future manager. You have to go through several tests for language skills, PC skills, general knowledge. Then there is a conversation with a recruiter - about the experience, motivation and skills. The second round is only a conversation with a manager, asking similar questions as the recruiter and giving more info about the job and company, I also had a role play with him.

Very clear and open interview. Not too many unnecessary rounds and direct questions. Company culture was discussed so at the role and what they were looking for. Experience in tourism abd/travel industry was a plus.

It seemed like a good company during the process, until I had a 2 lines rejection email from what seemed like a robot with a portuguese name. Don't waste your time, there are more human companies.

Entretien
Vorstellungsgespräch begann mit einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin vom HR und wurde auf Deutsch und Englisch geführt. Klare Struktur und gute Fragen. Danach mit der Team Leiterin ebenfalls zweisprachig mit Role Play. Auch hier sehr angenehmes Gesprächsklima und gute Fragen.
