First I had a first interview to learn more about the company and the type of work I would do, where I introduced myself quickly and told a bit about my experience.
Then I received a series of questions by email that I had to complete and submit.
Once that instance had passed, I had the last interview with one of the Transavia Team Leaders, where he asked me questions such as: if I knew the company, which companies were in BlueLink Prague, how I would handle customer service and then we had a type of "activity" where I was given X situation and I had to respond as if I were in the advisor's position. At the end I had time to make questions if I wanted.

Got an automatic rejection email from another person from the company that i had never in touch with before. One of the companies that made me loose my faith in humanity. Glad I found better since
