Two rounds, introduction was made via a recruiter. In person interview was back to back with 8 folks. It was a mix between technical (ops related) skills and a focus on fit and culture. Generally, it was a positive experience. Folks seemed top notch and friendly.

Case 1 - Sector: Pharma - Type: Market entry / Market sizing for a new drug. Used External vs Internal factors framework
Case 2 - Sector: Public/Charity - Type: Feasibility study, assess potential number of volunteers, overall cost, key risks etc.

Was contacted by phone for an initial screening interview with a consultant and got a good impression of the company. Questions were mostly about fit and motivation for a consulting career. Recruiting got back to me after a few weeks saying that they would not take my application further in the process, but that I should reapply at a later point.
