Applied early in the school year for a summer associate position and was notified a few months later that I was selected for a first round interview. From notification of interview to second round interviews were 2 weeks. I applied in September. It was 1 hour, split between two consultants. Each asked some behavioural questions, and conducted a case. As is rumour, both cases had visual components. One was driven by interviewer without time or option to structure it myself.
