Applied online, received personal confirmation within 2 weeks and got invited for a reasoning test. It was a 50 minutes 55 questions test consisting of long passages of text, long logic questions as well as short quantitative ones. Within 2 weeks I got invited for two 1:1 interviews where I was asked questions based on my CV (I got handed theirs before the interview to get prepared) and then we talked through the case study. Finally, I was given the time to ask questions freely. The whole process was very professional and relaxed. Everybody I talked to or met was friendly and seemed like they had all the time in the world. The people and the environment alone would make this a very enjoyable job.
