The university I went to set up a group interview day. They scheduled each student to talk to 2 engineers. I got along with the people I met really well and spent half the time just chatting rather than straight interview questions.

Really good, great response times and very engaging throughout the whole process. I believe there was almost two thousand applicants so it was really a credit to them that there were able to provide such an positive experience.
