It was 1 to 1 interview for a SQA team leader position. Here are some sample questions that I can remember.... 1. What are the 3 steps a SQA team leader should consider for Software quality control? 2. Difference between C++ and Python 3. What languages shall I consider as a team leader for my team and why? 4. What is Dynamic range? 5. What is PSD and SNR? 6. Draw SQA workflow diagram 7. If I get two dynamic range results for two different modems then what shall I consider? 8. Why do you think you are eligible for this team leader position? 9. If a group member in your group does not perform well how do you tackle this issue? 10. What are the pre-requirements for software quality control? mention any 3 11. Can you draw a powerline (PLC) modem schematic diagram? 12. What are the requirements for ADC/DAC in powerline modems? Analog question out of nowhere!!! Anyway interview was not so good as it was more technical rather than management interivew.
