Had a very high CCAT score and recruiter suggested I interview for a higher paying position. One of the interviewers interviewing me was very rude. He rolled his eyes at me during the interview and made a scoffing noise, at a completely reasonable question. I had asked how the individual hired could help make his role easier (he had previously explained how escalations were rolled up to him). I was perfectly polite and a reasonable question. He really had no questions for me and began our interview by asking me what questions I had. When I did not get the job, central feedback was because it was too much of a "Q&A" format as opposed to a conversation and there was feedback that my answers seemed scripted. Aside from researching the role and company, I did not prepare additional for this interview and did not have any scripted answers. I thought the interviews were a bit all over the place and had no real structure and seemed a very ambiguous and abstract way to interview. I wonder why this company bothers to test candidates via a CCAT when they make determinations off of irrelevance and ambiguity.

There were very little questions asked of me. I felt primarily directed to ask the questions. Interviewers seemed disorganized and all over the place.
