Didn’t receive any information on interview structure prior to attending and then given task on day prior to interview. Task involved analysing employee information then role play which was then discussed.

Entretien
Initially was informed about 2 rounds. However, after getting informed that I get selected in final round , they called me to have an additional round and this time with AM since he was on leave from some days.
So all together there were 3 rounds (1st with Ops Manager on 7 sept (1 hour 35 min), 2nd with GM on 12 sept( 1 hour 55 min), 3rd with AM on 13 sept (15 min).
1. Poor HR policies, 2. No additional benefits. 3. Rude behave of HR with selected candidates 4. Bargains on salary like they are hired to agree new resources on least possible package. 5. Huge difference between Glassdoor/ Ambition box showing package and in hand of this company. 6.Lack of transparency.
I'm more disappointed with HR management of this org.
Lost one offer letter due to this job and later on HR told me that the vacancy is closed since now they are promoting internally. I was like then why did they wasted this much of my time and definitely of other worth candidates too.
In interview rounds- They ask all possible questions in those 1:30-2 hours round that they need help to run their process from the new candidates and applies in their process and i don't think if they actually hires from outside on this level.
Would not recommend this company.!!
I found transparency and integrity issue with this org. Even if you had a bad time and have to join somewhere pls ensure not to keep hope single handedly on BV. Keep trying on other companies and join whoever best fits you and present offer letter to you in the first place. Since, you cannot be sure at what time they will say you 'Good Bye' even after clearing all rounds and taking all worth ideas from candidates from different organisations.

Entretien
It was both from technical and managerial aspects. I was contacted first by the HR conveying that they need to schedule a con call. It was core technical and some 20 questions asked for 1 hour span. Then a video conf was scheduled with Europe based team at their NOIDA center. They asked for some hands on over defined format within 1 hour. It went well and two days later, I got a call from HR that I am selected.
