No wonder why they have so much firing and attrition. Very unprofessional HR team. I can't say this to be one off case as it happened twice in a year. 1. Multiple schedule changes 2. No feedback mechanism 3. Poor communication 4. Clueless about JD and position

I believe this position is not that data scientist. Software Engineer (mathematical programming) could be better. A phone interview that has 4 probability integral problem. What?????????????? If you need to do something to kill working time, have a cup of coffee please! The problems are easy but I feel nothing but weird in the phone screen. Also, the poor call quality makes it harder for me to get the p.d.fs to integrate and for them to hear my answers.
