Skype Interview The result came right away after, but it took weeks before the initial process. The online test shouldn't be hard if you are familiar with programming competition questions. And honestly, the time given is way more than enough. The interview was kind of shocking for me, because it was a technical interview where I was not prepared at all. I was preparing for and expecting some sort of HR interview, PI test, behavioral assessment, or any of those kind of things, but it was not. I could answer some questions better, and actually disappointed that I actually knew the topic well and practically use them all the time. But somehow, I just couldn't articulate properly the principal, theory, overall academic reasoning, terms and fundamentals around them. I probably appeared very confused and awkward to them during the interview. So ask your recruiter what kind of interview it is, and prepare yourself.
