Recruiter reached out on LI to have a conversation and if I would be interested in one of their HR roles open. I think spoke to the hiring manager and both of them seem to be very cold and formal. Seems like there is a lot of restructuring going on at CDW and the culture was not at all for me. Seems like a place where there is a lot of pressure and it might not be the best culture for everyone.

Entretien
I had a total of 3 interviews. The first was a screening, followed by a 1:1 with the hiring manager and then a panel interview/ demo. The demo was a teach back, followed by some hypothetical situations.

Entretien
It was a 4 step process, first was a video submission, second was a phone interview, third was an interview with the hiring manager and finally an interview with the director of internships. My interview process took a couple months due to changing schedules from both parties but there was always consistent communication between the recruiter and I.
