Very straight forward process involving meeting two managers. Some technical discussion but more focus on dealing with clients. Quick turnaround compared to some companies. A little disorganized on first day as not much of a on boarding process.

The recruiter was communicative, the process was swift and efficient. Although I wasn’t selected, I would apply again for future roles. I was most impressed by the culture at CDW.
