I was originally contacted by an external recruiter who was looking to see what future roles I would be interested in. We then discussed my background and he brought up a CDW Finance Manager role. After expressing my interest he prepped me for an interview with the Hiring Manager. The first interview was a phone call and also went into the role more. I was then invited for an onsite interview with around 5 managers/directors in the Finance department - it was ~ a half day. About a week later I was then contacted by the external recruiter than an offer had been made. The Hiring Manager and I then connected on the offer. Most of the communications I had were with the external recruiter, but any interaction I had with CDW was positive and timely.
