Very unprofessional, and If you don't end up passing to the next round, they will not bother to email you. I spent days preparing the interview. But they didn't even bother to tell me if I pass to the next round or not. I sent out multiple emails asking the progress after weeks without hearing anything from the recruiter.
Completed HR screening call followed by a 30-minute interview with multiple managers, discussing qualifications, experience, and role fit while addressing questions and demonstrating alignment with team expectations and company goals
It was an interview with two managers. they provide an overview of the program and then ask you questions about yourself. providing an overview of yourself and some more non-technical questions.

Entretien
Went through an initial phone screen, Then had a video interview regarding high level behavioural questions and culture fit. Followed by a final interview that was slightly more technical where I discussed past work and experiences. The entire process was seamless and I was kept up to date throughout the entire thing.
