This process was not transparent, the recruiter offered no feedback outside of scheduling the interview. I had to consistently follow up to no avail. Their process was very rushed, and offered little substance.

Entretien
Coordinating a time for an interview was quick, confirmed within 1 week. Phone screen was with recruiter who gave me information about the company, culture of the team, and described the role a bit more before diving into a phone interview. Made it to a second round with the hiring manager within another week (45-minutes); not selected to go further. Received a follow-up from the recruiter advising me they were going with other candidates. Appreciated the follow-up.
