I was interviewed with FSR manager and one senior FSR. The whole interview was comfortable and fast. They were very nice during the interview. Questions including behaviour questions and other specific questions.

How do you handle stress? Tell me about yourself. What do you know about FSR? Tell me about your previous job. How to achieve your sales goal? What is your sales goal exactly? How to handle difficult customer? Any questions for us?
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej

Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
