Had an interview scheduled through a staffing agency. Hiring manager was extremely rude and had no people skills. Constantly barking questions and stating she felt I was overqualified for the position.

I applied through a third party recruiter, they asked me to appear for an interview in person. After few days, I got a mail that I got the job.
