J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez CIBC (Toronto, ON) en avr. 2019
Entretien
It was a three round process. Two rounds with the Associates in the group, and one round consisting of three mini-rounds meeting the Directors and MDs. Head of M&A also was involved in the process. Overall, seemed like a good team, and interview wasn't too difficult.
Met with two current investment banking analysts. They were overall very nice and helpful when I got stuck. The first 15 minutes were very standard behavioural and "Tell me about yourself" questions. The latter half was a range of technical questions, including DCF caveats, conceptual accretion/dilution questions, and more.
