The overall experience is pretty good. Encouraging HR talked with me through telephone. They ask YES/NO questions get further information about your situation; illustrate the recruiting process; ask a few question related to the job.

Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
