Got a call from the branch manager for over the call interview next week which was conducted over the phone with branch manager and zonal manager as well and was very basic

Asked a fee generic questions such as “Tell me about a time you had to deal with a dispute/difficult customer”, “Tell me about a time you exceeded expectations”. Then the interviewer just asked about my experience.

The entire process was smooth, and the interview was conducted virtually. A few days after the interview, an offer was presented. The interview lasted for fort-five minutes to about an hour.
