Short interview with HR and general questions on tell me something about yourself.
How would you handle a difficult customer?
Why do you want to work for CIBC?
30 minute interview where they explain what to expect and the salary.
The interview process is a simple two step process. The first round with the HR and the second round with the manager. Both of them online. With each step the response was quick.
2 rounds including basic questions, behavioral and role play as well to check communication and confidence. Overall, the questions were related to job and also relating to loan and accounting.
