pre screen call + two additional calls. Very pleasant experience, friendly interviewers, fairly easy process. Helpful to know a bit of sales background/customer service/etc. Be able to handle huge volume of calls, various requests.

I applied through online , got phone interview and then face to face with 2 people. It was easy interview. Took them 3 weeks to get back to me. The background check was already done before .

phone interview and than personal interview, than you have to wait for at least 2 weeks for the answer. time depends manager who took your interview and how desperately they need to fill the position.
