30 minute behavioral and 30 minute scenario-based with graphs. The interviewers were fantastic and very personable/enthusiastic throughout the process. They both made me feel very comfortable and also gave great insight on the core values of CNA, their own experiences/achievements, and their preference of CNA over other insurance companies.
