The online application is where you will start. HR recruiters (most of which are contractors) will review and pre-screen applicants and forward the resumes of those that may fit a particular role. Managers will bring in the individual for an initial interview, where HR will review and typically multiple people within the interviewing department will interview and provide feedback as well. The best candidates will make it to second interviews with higher levels (Sr. Mgr, VP levels).

Question 1
Some departments will provide questions around analytics or the specific job and ask you to solve a problem that may be specific to the position you are interviewing for. Be prepared to think on your feet. It's important to be able to see how people will react under pressure.

there were three interview, the recruiter, director, executive director. they were all transparent about the role and timeline as well as expected growth as well as current team status, it was an enjoyable experience. hope to hear back soon.
It was a standard process for interviewing. I met with the hiring manager then for a second interview I met with some of the staff. I think the interview process was fair and you don't have to go through 5 interviews for the job.

It was fast and ok. The problem is, I don't think they knew what they were looking for. The director had a very short-term view, which made it slightly weird considering it's a fortune 5 company. I was told there is a tool they want to implement (short-term view) and they kept talking about it. They should have simply asked if I've ever implemented a SaaS tool and the scope at which the implementation was. I have done thousands to multi-billion dollar scopes. But in the end they said they went with someone who "has depth of scope".... whatever that means.
