Virtual, recorded interview. Prompted with questions in text format, read the prompt, thought about response and then recorded answer (only got one chance to do so). Later was contacted by hiring staff and was informed of hire for position.

Question 1
Why CVS as an organization?
Why Pharmacy as a career?
What is your greatest strength?
At first it is difficult to navigate the process. If you simply submit your application online, you most likely will not get any feedback if you live in an area with many pharmacy students. I recommend visiting a store and obtaining an email/phone number of a recruiter or lead manager so that you can have a direct opportunity. After you get in contact with someone, the process is very easy and relatively informal.
The interview process was very easy. The interview was virtual. First, you read the question, then, you record a video of yourself answering. It allowed unlimited times to re-record and perfect the answer
Emphasis on the business side of pharmacy, was asked about reports and where I see myself in 5 years (*hint they want to hear that'll you'll still be around and possibly vetting you for a management position).
