I got a call to schedule an interview within three days of applying online - far different than my other experiences and most welcome! The interview was scheduled for two days after the call, which was also welcome. The interview itself focused on whether or not I had experience which would enable me to fit in right away. Although I have excellent prior experience, it is all in the distant past, so I'm quite sure that is why I did not get the call with an offer - said calls were being made the same day after all the interviews, I was even given a specific time. I just didn't get the call. Perhaps I'll get one next week (this possibility was also mentioned) after she's brought on others.
Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.

Quick 30 mins. Questions were the usual basic ones every job asks. They take you to the back room and into the lunch room and you are interviewed by the manager and their assistant.

Entretien
I applied online. Got an interview within 2-3 weeks. Got hired the next 2 days. It was a very laid back interview and more conversation like. The manager looked at my resume and asked me about my customer service experience.
