It was about 30 minutes long. Interviewer was kind and patient. Asked the usual questions about experience and why you think you qualify for the position. Some of the questions were asking for stories where you went above and beyond to meet a customers needs. Make sure to have relatable work stories accessible for the interview.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.

Difficult I don’t remember because I didn’t hear back from them for months then received a denial email. I did complete the assessment and virtual job tryout. I did not get the position or a further offer
