Very calm, it was one on one with pharmacist who asked basic questions. I was referred by a friend and the store was in need of extra help. The interview was no more than ten minutes. A lot of things were explained to me including how what was expected of me and what I would encounter on a day to day process.

I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
