Fill out online app, do assessment, a manager will call you to setup an interview. Come in for interview, meet with manager, discuss terms, agree to terms, take drug test and background test, if you pass you get to attend training/orientation
Was a simple interview, lasted approximately 30 mins and covered the standard interview questions. Mostly available to people already working at the store. Would recommend longer tenure before applying. Not much else to say to be honest.

Because I already knew the store manager and most of the employees, I only needed to pass the online business test. Once I passed, I was immediately hired and scheduled for orientation.
