It was a pretty relaxed interview. I was asked questions about my experience dealing with people and communicating with customers. Not very much else to say, just that a lot was expected of me right from the get-go.

The interview process at the Elm Street Store in Auburn, Ca. was excellent. I felt very comfortable with Joe who struck me as being a good human being right away.
the mangement had no clue what they were doing or what they were interviewing me for. I showed up on time and it took someone over an hour to get to me for my interview.

I walked in and asked for a hiring manager to submit my resume. One of the assistant managers came and I handed him my resume. Two days later I got called in for an interview. The hiring manager took me in the back and indicated he was impressed with my app. and asked basic questions about availability. I was hired within next 2 days.
