J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez CVS Health (Bastrop, TX) en sept. 2014

The interview itself was great. The manager knew the right questions to ask. Once hired, it became frustrating getting training set up. It took a couple of weeks to get a spot in a training class. Finally, a full day of this, then many hours of online training. Then register training. Then another 4 hours in a classroom. Then, over the next 3 months, more online training, 3 more classroom sessions and 4 more on the job training. I realize it was all probably necessary, but not being able to do a lot of it together would get frustrating to other staff and pharmacists in the store. It was tedious, but probably necessary. The on the job trainers and other staff and pharmacists were very understanding and we're more than happy to help me learn anything I wanted to, as long as time allowed. The classroom trainer was awesome, but her classes filled up fast.

Enjoyable, brief, I talked to 3 people (Pharmacy manager, lead tech, and another tech) and they all seemed very nice. They seemed eager to see what I could do.

Easy and nice interview. Standard questions. It was one on one with the pharmacist in charge. Lasted about 30 minutes. Received an offer by email. Had to do background check and drug test.
