The phone screen was uncomfortable, extremely impersonal, and prevented an actual interview. Should have been much more of a conversation than a bored voice asking a series of yes or no questions. Bummer.

Applied online -> recruiter phone interview -> Web interview. The phone interview was basic and simple. The recruiter asked several questions about my background, previous experience and why CVS. The process was chill and calm.
