Recruiter phone interview about company knowledge and key skills. Hiring manager interviewed online about long-term plans and motivations and sent a technical assignment. Three weeks later was told they chose to continue (to candidate seminar and final interviews) with other applicants.

Phone interview with recruiter, then hiring manager interview. I received an automatic rejection email the next day. I didn't get to the in person visit. I would have liked to receive feedback and a real rejection email.
Pretty standard and straightforward process: hiring manager, then on site (if invited). Relatively timely communication from HR. Feels like a vibrant scientific community, working on a variety of topics to fight aging.
