Super friendly and communicative. Recruiter was quick to update me on status of my application. More like a two way conversation to understand personality fit because it's an internship. Only had 1 screening call with HR and one interview with line manager.

Brief 20-30m phone interview with hiring senior scientist and associate scientist. Followed by 45-60m video interview with multiple people in the department. All questions were based on previous lab/research experience. Few introspective questions, (positive/negatives) of yourself during the screen.
