They scout fresh graduates from the top Universities of have country, otherwise you'd have to apply yourself. (?) interview with the HR was smooth, I believe we had a nice conversation going that I didn't even notice it reaching two hours.

Entretien
It's a one-day process, the exam and interview I mean. If you are requested to stay and wait for an interview, you passed the exam. The interview is not formal. It's a one-on-one with the Staff Manager. The whole conversation is going to be recorded so keep in mind what you said.

Question 1
The interview consists mainly of verification of the resume (for me) and how willing you are to work for them (i.e. if you live at a far away place for instance). They also ask about your TOR so be ready in defending your grades. The interview is more or less around 10 minutes.
