Very confusing process, the HR mixed up 2 candidates. I was send an email rejection but later on called for interview saying they have slight change in requirements and would like to Interview. In the call with HR, I clearly specified my salary expectations and she agreed to fix an interview with Director finance. The scheduled Interview to my surprise was only half an hour, which according to me is not sufficient at all. Thereafter I was not informed of the outcome in the agreed time frame and had to contact HR. She informed me that I am more senior for the position and they cannot meet my salary expectations. A complete waste of time and energy .
