J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capco (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2025
Entretien
Interview process consisted of 4 stages, I had applied online:
1st Stage was a CV Overview with the Recruiter
2nd: Further Business Interview with a business interviewer who will go through your CV
3rd: Case Study interview which is an hour long, it is a blind case study in which you are given the materials shortly before the call, and you are given 20 mins to prepare and a further 20 mins to discuss
4th: Final Partner Interview, a general 30 minute discussion to determine culture fit
The entire process took around 1.5-2 months. Whilst the process was straightforward, I had passed all 3 stages and was given very positive feedback. Upon completion of the third stage, I was told I had been successful but that unfortunately there were no projects in the pipeline at that point in time and that the business would wait until one became available before giving me a formal offer. Weeks turned into months, I was barely contacted by the recruiter and every time we touched based I got the same answer of 'We will keep in touch, we are still very interested.' This was in April 2025. It is now October with no formal offer having been given, despite plenty of job openings being shown on their website for the same position I was successful on. As a result I formally withdrew from the process, huge waste of time and mismanagement of a prospective employee's time
Ghosted by the HR named Angie and no updates whatsoever after 3 rounds of interview, especially after they find out more about my company and existing processes.
3 rounds of interviews process including HR round. First 2 rounds were HR and with head of team in Singapore, pretty alright experience. The 3rd round was with a director based in HK. He was 6minutes late for the interview and unapologetic, throughout the interview wasn't paying attention until he asked about challenges within my organisation.
After that, there were no updates from them at all even after I sent two emails to HR checking on status. Very unprofessional and ghosting candidates like this. I won't recommend anyone to apply for this firm.
HR Interview scheduled through calendly, very brief and on the phone. HR was very nice and listened carefully. Didnt ask any technical questions. I think you just have to sound clear, structured and that you are interested in the role.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your experince? Why are you interested in the financial sector?
It was good not much technical was asked, general interview as usual. But again depends on case to case basis.
