Creating a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process is incredibly important to us. We set the bar high, both for our recruitment team and those involved in interviewing from other areas of the business. It appears that on this occasion, our high standards were not met and for that we would like to extend a full apology to you. Please note that as a result of your feedback, we will be conducting a full internal investigation as well as reinforcing the existing guidelines and training around interview conduct.
