J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capco (Londres, Angleterre) en févr. 2013
Entretien
- CV filtering (only unusual thing was no cover letter, instead there are some questions on the site, if you are interested in finance and read the news it will be no problem, I had no pre-existing finance background)
- Assessment centre (includes a test, a group case study and 6x 5 minute interviews focusing on your fit and general demeanor. The test is very hard and everyone does badly, don't like it shake you on the day)
- 3 interviews (one with a PC, one with HR, one with a partner) focus on case study (brain teaser or generic business), competency questions and fit respectively.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There were a lot, but it's not about what the answer is, it's about how you answer. Just pretend you were being asked the question by a friend and react accordingly - don't bulls**t, don't panic.
Premier Entretien avec la RH : Facile
Ensuite, un deuxième Entretien avec un Manager : questions plus techniques
et dernier Entretien avec un Partner : motivation
Pas très compliqué comme processus de recrutement.
They held a one hour case study think tank in a group setting of 5 people. After the discussion, all members were invited to give a short presentation and a question and answer session.

Question 1
What factors were taken into consideration when analysing the pros and cons of this case study?
Round 1- Assignment
Round 2- Technical
Round 3- Hiring Manager
Round 4- HR
The process was easy not too tough but as a fresher you should know the DSA basics.
Invited to a super day. Two 20-minute interviews and then a group case study. Interviews were easy and casual. The group case was fine too, just make sure you organize your time well.
