I was contacted by a recruiter, then went through four rounds of interviews (three with Capco employees and one with a client). I then received an offer contingent upon a background check (10 year work history, and criminal and drug tests).
Face-to-face interview: The discussion was primarily around my current role and responsibilities as a Solution Architect, including system design, architectural decisions, and how I collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
